Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our EdTech organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging visuals that enhance digital learning experiences, marketing campaigns, and brand identity. You will collaborate with content creators, instructional designers, and marketing teams to create compelling educational materials.
Key Responsibilities:1. Visual Content Creation
• Design eye-catching graphics, illustrations, infographics, and visual assets for digital courses, websites, and marketing materials.
• Develop engaging UI/UX elements for e-learning platforms and mobile applications.
• Create interactive learning materials, animations, and videos to support educational content.
2. Branding & Identity
• Maintain and enhance the organization’s brand identity across all visual communications.
• Ensure consistency in typography, colors, and design elements across various platforms.
• Develop brand guidelines and templates for internal and external use.
3. Marketing & Social Media Graphics
• Design promotional materials, including social media posts, banners, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Develop engaging visuals for blogs, webinars, and online events.
• Create motion graphics, GIFs, and short videos for social media and digital campaigns.
4. Collaboration & Project Management
• Work closely with instructional designers, educators, and developers to visualize complex educational concepts.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visuals.
• Stay updated with design trends, EdTech innovations, and user experience best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.(optional but beneficial)
• Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, or similar tools.
• Experience in UI/UX design and familiarity with tools like Figma or Adobe XD is a plus.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and branding principles.
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a bonus.
• Ability to translate educational content into engaging visuals.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or LMS platforms (optional but beneficial).
