JOB DESCRIPTION
Marketing personnel shall fill in the Design Master in CRM and inform to design team through mail for creation of any new design.
If there is any updation/ change in existing design, Marketing personnel shall inform the corrections to be done through mail Marketing personnel shall allot and specify the Designer name in Design Master, on basis of which designer will start working on it accordingly Developing new product graphical designs or doing changes in existing design or doing changes in the designs received from the customers by using softwares like Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator Continuous improvisation and corrections in the designs in coordination with marketing personnel & its clients till its finalisation As per the requirement of the customers, mock sample of the product shall be prepared and forward to Marketing personnel who shall further forward to customer Design has to be finalised through mail approval from customer and signature on mock sample (if sent) which shall be collected back from customer After finalisation of design, Fabrication Mail shall be sent to Cylinder Vendor (As per defined list) If the ownership of the cylinder is of customer, then Marketing personnel shall create Performa Invoice in CRM and issue to the customer with information to designing team with the details like customer code and PI copy through mail If the ownership of the cylinder is of KPPL, then Design personnel shall send its mail for approval to Director - Marketing and Production with copy to Marketing personnel Marketing personnel shall give explanation of ownership of cylinder by KPPL on the same mail Director - Marketing and Production shall give approval to proceed further Marketing personnel shall send FG Code through mail which Designing personnel shall forward to Back Office Designing personnel to create cylinder number in SAP T- Code ME51N Back Office Designing personnel shall forward cylinder numbers to Designing personnel which Designing personnel shall forward to cylinder vendor for engraving in addition to Corel/Illustrator final artwork file. Cylinder vendor shall send JPEG file of colourwise cylinder number and colour seperation for aproval to Designing personnel As per the requirement of the customers, seperation file shall be shared with customer and marketing personnel If full art work and seperation file is perfect, then Designing personnel shall give the approval for engraving process to cylinder vendor through mail Designing personnel shall prepare JPEG file Corel Draw of final and approved design with details like folder number, FG code, customer code, design size, cylinder size, cylinder number, colours to be added in blocks in CDR Design personnel shall upload final design JPEG file in SAP Take a colour print out of final design and attach PI with it and forward it to Back Office Designing
