Role and Responsibilities
• Work as a part of the Marketing & Growth Team, reporting to the Content Marketing Manager.
• Conceptualize and design creative visuals based on internal requirements for social media,
brand blogs, website banners, digital advertising creatives, emailers and any other relevant
marketing or business collaterals.
• Work closely with the content marketing team and always follow the design brief while
delivering the designs as per scheduled deadlines in line with the publishing calendar.
• Have healthy discussions with content marketers and/or external copywriters and content
creators in order to collect feedback and incorporate it in the final output.
• Ensure that all designs are visually appealing and adhere to brand style guidelines.
• Be involved in non-digital design projects, including corporate identity, product packaging and
so on, which could involve other internal/external designers.
• Serve as an eye for quality control, specific to design adherence, across social media, blogs,
websites and other digital assets.
Desired Candidate Profile
• The ideal candidate is someone with 1- 4 years of experience in graphic design for social
media and other digital platforms, preferably with a global exposure. Educational background
in Design, Fine Arts or related fields is most suitable to be able to handle this role.
• The candidate would be expected to have a strong understanding of graphic design, including
layouts, typography, colours and overall aesthetics, along with popular design software like
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch etc.
• The candidate should have a keen eye for aesthetics and details, should be able to work
methodically and meet deadlines, and most importantly, should be able to give and receive
constructive criticism.
• Candidates who have worked in fast-paced environments like those of startups or new and
growing business divisions would be preferred.
• The candidate should share our mindset of working with incremental improvements and must
be open to learn new things quickly. We are looking for someone who can work independently
with a result-focus and is not afraid to experiment within accountability.
• The candidate should be solution-oriented with the ability to think clearly, logically and even
laterally, when presented with a problem. We need someone who can communicate freely and
fluently and can work efficiently in an environment of remote team members.
