Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Works directly with account services and copywriters to develop creative that is forward thinking and aligned with brand and digital media trends
· Concept and execute design projects including: Cohesive Content Series, Instagram Stories, Seamless Carousels, Instagram Grids, Instant Experience Ads, In-Feed Animations, GIF's, Internal Marketing Collateral, etc.
· Develop a deep understanding of brand guidelines and client expectations to ensure projects are consistent and meet standards across all media outlets
· Interpret direction and feedback appropriately from client services team to create thoughtful and compelling designs
· Manage short-turnaround project deadlines daily while working toward long-term objectives
· Actively seeks out to help define new creative possibilities in advertising and social media campaigns
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· A degree in Graphic Design, Art or media is preferred
· 3 years of relevant professional graphic design experience
· Strong knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign and Photoshop
· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
· Ability to work in a high pressure, quick turnaround environment while thinking creatively and managing a consistent workload
· Proficiency in branding, social, online marketing, and media concepts
· Must be detail-oriented and an excellent problem solver
· A desire to work in an exciting and demanding start-up environment
