ZoloStays is India's premier provider of managed co-living spaces for both working professionals and students. With Series-B funding from Nexus Venture Partners, IDFC Alternatives, and Mirae Asset, we have become one of the fastest-growing players in the market. Our living spaces offer a completely hassle-free long-term living experience, complete with a wide range of basic and luxury amenities, such as hygienic and healthy food options, furnished rooms, daily housekeeping, seamless internet facilities, and hi-tech security, all enabled by technology. We take pride in our vibrant resident community, omni-channel platform, and top-notch services.
Currently operating in nine cities across India, including Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Noida, Kota, and Coimbatore, we are expanding rapidly within these geographies and plan to expand to other cities as well. Our founding team comprises alumni from some of the most prestigious educational institutions in India, such as IIM, IIT, AIIMS, and ISB, and currently has a size of over 1,000 employees. We are dedicated to providing our customers with the best possible living experience, elevating the traditional paying guest accommodations and hostels to a beautiful living experience.
What will you do?
We are looking for a talented graphic designer to join our marketing department. As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating visual assets for our marketing campaigns, including social media, email newsletters, website banners, product packaging, and more. You will work closely with our marketing team to bring our brand to life through visually appealing designs that resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
• Study, develop and execute design briefs and creative concepts for marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email newsletters, website banners, product packaging, and more
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all designs align with our brand's style and messaging
• Develop illustrations, logos and other design using design software or by hand
• Create designs that effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to our target audience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and incorporate them into our marketing campaigns
• Work with copywriters and creative director to ensure that all materials are produced to a high standard
• Manage multiple projects, define budget constraints and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
• More than 1 year of experience in graphic design, preferably in a graphic design role
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, composition, and color
• Understanding of design principles and best practices for digital and print mediums
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas to internal stakeholders
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software is a plus
