TIMS is welcoming applications for the role of Graphic Designer in our Learning and Development team. As a graphics designer at TIMS, you will be able to express your unique creative talent while educating people through your work. Applicants are required to be proficient in using Storyline/Rise. We are looking for innovative individuals who are adaptable, driven, and eager to learn. We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in both 2D and 3D graphic design and modeling. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of
2 years of professional experience and a proven track record of creating visually stunning and
effective designs
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both 2D and 3D graphic work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator InDesign) and 3D modeling software (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to create high-quality 3D models and animations (Characters are preferable).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Desired Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Experience in animation and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Familiarity with virtual and augmented reality design.
• Worked in service-based L&D divisions.
Responsibilities for this position will include, but not be limited to, the following: -
• Develop and create engaging 2D and 3D graphics for various media, including print, web, and multimedia.
• Design and model 3D assets and environments for use in marketing materials, product visualization, and other applications.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create cohesive and compelling visual content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure the highest quality of work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work is
• delivered to the highest standards.
• Review and critique work to maintain a high level of design quality
