Position Overview:
Barsys, a leader in digitizing the drinking experience through innovative consumer robotics and SaaS-based solutions, is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer. This role is crucial in visually communicating the Barsys brand and its unique value proposition, connecting cocktail curators such as bars, mixologists, and spirits brands with cocktail enthusiasts at home through our cutting-edge hardware and digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Brand Visual Identity: Develop and maintain the visual identity of the Barsys brand across all channels. Ensure consistency and alignment with our brand values and messaging.
• Design Creation: Produce high-quality graphics for a variety of uses, including digital marketing materials, social media content, product packaging, website design, and promotional materials.
• Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that effectively communicate our brand's message and drive customer engagement.
• User Interface Design: Contribute to the design of intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for our digital products.
• Print and Digital Media: Design print materials such as brochures, banners, and advertisements, as well as digital visuals for email campaigns, online advertisements, and social media platforms.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
• Market Trends Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design, technology, and the beverage industry to ensure Barsys remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma).
• Experience with user interface design and an understanding of user experience principles.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
