Required Skills:Knowledge in designing using tools like Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, CSS & CorelDrawUnderstanding project requirements and conceptsProducing attractive and effective designs for all mediaAnalyzing current trends in designing banners, posters, online graphics & film sets, Freehand & Sketchbook etc.,Participating in various design projects from concept to completionMotivation to maintain and improve design standardsCoordinating activities with other artistic and creative departments for feedback in presenting finalized ideas & conceptsTracking the design process at various stages to ensure all quality standards are met and rectify technical/usability-related errors, if anyGood knowledge and understanding of new software, visual design & layout & animation along with knowledge of the latest cutting-edge technologiesAn effective communicator with strong logical and analytical skills with highly adaptive to a new environment
