Problem Statement We want to produce static ads and carousels that will be used as ads on Instagram and Facebook. These ads are extremely delicate, requiring attention from the graphic designer and the team to ensure we capture the attention of the viewer - with our aim to convert them as a customer for our clients. About Marty Martin Marty Martin is a boutique Social Media and Performance Marketing Agency based in the heart of Bengaluru. We are a small team of 10=< folks passionate about creating shareable content. Having worked with brands like Flipkart, Healthify, and others, we love helping B2C brands sell better with our content. So, what’s the role? We are looking to hire a Graphic Designer, who specializes in making performance ad creatives: statics and carousels. What will you do in this role? • Research and do competitor analysis to find what ad formats are performing for our client’s competitors. • Use Figma, Photoshop, MidJourney, GPT4, and other tools to create performance ads creatives. • Knowing how to use Generative AI tools is a BIG +1. • You are also expected to direct shoots for reels to be posted on client accounts. What will you require to qualify for this role? • You need to have at least 2-4 years of experience. • Understanding basic design principles, typography, visual aesthetics and brand guidelines is a must! • If you think intuitively and consider yourself as a creative person - this role is for you! • You must love collaborating and taking feedback from your teammates irrespective of their role or position in the agency.
