• Graphic Designer - Brand Storyteller
We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer - Brand Storyteller to create compelling visual content that communicates our brand's message effectively. As a key member of our content creation group, you'll work closely with our subject-matter experts, marketers, and developers to understand their needs and deliver high-quality designs.
Your primary responsibilities will include designing training materials, such as clear and visually compelling slide decks and graphics, as well as producing video assets, including storyboarding, editing, and delivering short instructional videos. You'll also develop marketing collateral, such as social media graphics, infographics, and banner ads, that align with our brand identity.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong background in graphic design, with experience in creating training materials, marketing collateral, and video assets. You should be proficient in Canva & Gamma for rapid prototyping, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects), presentation software (PowerPoint or Google Slides), and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
A portfolio showcasing your work samples is essential, as is your ability to collaborate and iterate on designs. You'll need to maintain brand consistency by ensuring all visual content adheres to our style guidelines. This includes typography, color palette, and imagery.
In addition to your design skills, you'll be responsible for organizing and maintaining an accessible library of templates and raw files for ongoing and future projects. Finally, you'll propose and implement improvements to our content-creation processes to reduce the technical team's workload.
