FINH is a curious place... a chair that can think and learn like a human, jellyfish that write poetry with machine learning, a Bitcoin bank for families, a new browser for kids, and an AI Pokedex for real-world nature discovery . We've had a lot of fun working across a balanced mix of client projects, and self-initiated experiments.
Exciting. Big. Scary. Enormous. Complex words don't come close to describing the challenges ahead, but it's worth saying that team FINH has been having bags of fun working on this ambitious project over the last 3 months with a client hellbent on positive global impact, and we're excited about the prospect of expanding our team to accomplish our goals.
More importantly, you will be working with a transparent team of experienced, multidisciplinary designers that will treat you with respect.

About the role
As a graphic designer at FINH you will have the opportunity to work on a breadth of brand, web and product design projects.
These range from large peer-to-peer cryptocurrency platforms to virtual reality interfaces. At FINH you will be involved in the entire design process. From research and idea generation to managing and presenting projects to clients.
We value creativity where we encourage fresh and innovative thinking, pushing the boundaries of design. Alongside this, we pride ourselves on our development and maintenance of visual design systems, ensuring precise attention to detail and a systematic approach to ensure our designs are practical, not just beautiful.
There is room to work independently and collaboratively. FINH provides space for individual creativity whilst providing the opportunity to learn from and build with the exceptional talent in the studio.
We are seeking a candidate who is adaptable and self-sufficient, possessing the ability to balance artistic creativity with functional design. If you are ready to make a meaningful impact in the field of graphic design while expanding your skill set, we would love to hear from you.

Skills required
A design degree isn't necessary, your portfolio is what counts, and while we don't necessarily need to see evidence of fin-tech work, we do hope to see evidence of detailed design and digital craftsmanship experience from your previous projects:
Must haves
Proficient with Adobe Suite and Figma
Tidy with file-keeping and planning
UI design, graphic design and web design chops
Ability to fly
Nice to haves
Some experience/knowledge in motion design.
Exposure to the Bitcoin ecosystem
Ability to present internally and externally
General Problem-solving skills, such as seeking alternative solutions
A can-do, willingness-to-learn attitude.
Coding in any language Martial arts
