Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Graphic Designer to join Surveysparrow. As a Web Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually stunning and compelling designs for our digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and product presentations. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with our product and content marketing teams to understand our products and their features, and convert them into a captivating marketing vision that resonates with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the creative and content marketing teams to understand product features and translate them into visually appealing marketing materials.
Design and create engaging digital assets, including websites, banners, social media visuals, email templates, and other marketing collaterals.
Develop intuitive and user-friendly website layouts and wireframes that align with our brand identity and design guidelines.
Ensure consistency and coherence of visual elements across all digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web and graphic design, and implement innovative design techniques to enhance user experience.
Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and optimize visual aesthetics.
Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure the accuracy and precision of design deliverables before final deployment.
Identify and address design-related issues and challenges, proposing creative solutions to enhance overall design processes and outcomes.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and deadlines.
Requirements:
A strong visual thinker who puts images before words.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field. Or a strong portfolio displaying relevant experience.
2-3 years of experience as a Web Graphic Designer, preferably in a product-based company or similar environment.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of layout principles, visual hierarchy, graphic aesthetics, and typography.
Keen eye for iconography and minimalist design principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
Solid portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and graphic design, with a focus on marketing materials and digital assets.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a good bonus, with the ability to work closely with front-end developers.
Strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on accuracy and precision.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
