Responsibilities:
• Social Media Design:
• Create eye-catching and impactful visuals for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and advertisements.
• Design social media templates and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and shareable content.
2 . Graphic Design for T-Shirts:
• Design graphics, illustrations, and typography for t-shirts and other promotional merchandise.
• Ensure designs are appealing, on-trend, and aligned with the brand's aesthetic.
• Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to bring designs to life.
3 . Web Design:
• Develop visually appealing and user-friendly website designs that enhance the user experience.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with web developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
4 . Branding:
• Develop and implement branding strategies that effectively communicate the organization's values and identity.
• Design brand assets, including logos, colour palettes, typography, and brand guidelines.
• Maintain consistency in branding across all marketing collateral and touch points.
5 . Trending Reels and Video Editing:
• Create engaging and trending reels of campus activities and related events.
• Edit videos to enhance visual appeal, storytelling, and overall quality.
• Stay up-to-date with current social media trends and incorporate them into video content.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven work experience as a designer, showcasing a diverse portfolio of design projects.
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their design requirements.
• Familiarity with web design principles, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design.
• Ability to create on-trend and appealing t-shirt graphics.
• Experience in developing branding strategies and designing brand assets.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
