Wilson’s Group of Companies is currently looking for a talented Content Creation Lead & Communication Specialist to join our team.
We require someone with a strong background in graphic design to work on a wide variety of projects promoting and reinforcing our many brands including in-store displays, digital signage, posters, billboards, brochures, flyers, logo development, social media ads and much, much more. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, have strong conceptual and production skills, and be ready to create in a fun but challenging work setting with oftentimes tight deadlines. You’ll need to be able to juggle multiple projects owned by multiple stakeholders while maintaining individual brand integrity.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently with minimal oversight and also collaborate with teammates on innovative new ideas. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about a job well done. Attention to detail is crucial.
This position is full-time on-premise.

This can range from large billboards to small posters for in store
Need fundamentals of design and understanding of various print media and uses
Use of Adobe design programs (InDesign, Illustrator)
Working with professional print shops
Work with existing branding and design

Use of Adobe software (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects)
Mirrorless camera operations for photography/videography
Moderate understanding of the principals of photography and videography
General
Have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in graphic design and minimum 2 years of graphic design experience
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
Experience in web design an asset
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel)
Understanding of a retail environment and how it operates
Inventory and POS software (Lightspeed)
Ability to manage a fast-paced dynamic environment
High ability to manage a team of individuals
High writing skills
High level of organization

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
