Job Description
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with x years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and other social media, along with experience designing banners, icons, and other in-app visuals for mobile applications. Basic knowledge and experience in UX design for mobile apps and websites will be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and create eye-catching creatives for digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels.
- Develop engaging banners, icons, and other visual elements for mobile applications and websites.
- Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to create visually appealing, on-brand designs that enhance user experience.
- Contribute to UX/UI design tasks for mobile apps and websites to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly interface.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and social media creative guidelines.
- Work within brand guidelines while pushing the creative boundaries to elevate our digital presence.
- Maintain and manage design assets and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- A/B Testing: Participate in user testing and gather feedback to refine graphics, animations, and video content.
- Trend Awareness: Stay current on design trends and best practices in mobile and web applications.
Required Skills & Experience :
- x years of experience in graphic design, particularly in digital media and mobile application interfaces.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.), Figma, or other relevant software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital creatives, banners, icons, and UX design projects for apps or websites.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience working on mobile apps and websites.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative flair, attention to detail, and a passion for design.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience working in a tech or e-commerce environment.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology or similar frameworks.
