The Role
We are seeking a dedicated graphic designer to join our growing company. You will collaborate with other designers to create effective and eye-catching images and campaigns to increase our user base. You will develop graphics for digital platforms, putting your passion for design into creating beautiful images and compelling content.

Main Responsibilities
• Brainstorm, create and transform ideas into compelling designs under the guidance of the Art Director & marketing manager.
• Design assets that will appear in printed and online marketing channels: flyers, posters, direct mail, webpages, email, web banners, social media graphics, PowerPoint decks, Word document templates, iconography, sales, and marketing collateral, branding style guides, Product Design, white papers, and other creative assets.
• Provide fresh design ideas for web, mobile, and email experiences under the supervision of the Art Director.
• Edit professional photos including light retouching, background removal, and color/tone correction on an as needed basis.
• Create logos and brand identity that is versatile enough to be used on different platforms and for marketing needs under the supervisor of the Art Director.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative field preferred
• Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of two year's experience in graphic design
• Attention to detail.
• Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
• Experience with both print and digital media
