Key Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design:
● Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, website, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials.
● Create engaging videos and multimedia content for social media and marketing campaigns.
● Ensure all graphics and content are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a high-quality standard.
2. Social Media Management:
● Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
● Create, curate, and schedule daily engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
● Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights.
● Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a sense of community
3. Content Creation:
● Develop original content tailored for different platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
● Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategies.
4. Collaboration:
● Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
● Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager or a similar role.
● Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
● Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
● Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
● Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
