Profile: Graphic Designer cum Social Media Marketing
Experience: 03 to 05 years
Reporting: Director
Responsibilities:
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
The candidate should be able to create creative original text, photos, videos and news
and ensure the designs are high quality and presentable
Collaborate with other in-house teams to ensure generation of lead
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor
customer reviews.
Create Various theme-based design for flyer such as festival post, all type of events
and inaugurations etc.
Print and manage multiple campaign according to the lead requirement and within
the budget provided by the company with vendor co-ordination whenever require.
Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram
Ads, LinkedIn Ads) comprising of Sponsored Content, Sponsored InMail, Text Ads,
Dynamic Ads, and more.
Obtain Knowledge of new online marketing channels for promoting the company
Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures
and blog layout)
Handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer
engagement.
Up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
3-5 years of experience in graphic design and social media
Knowledge of Coral draw, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign,
and other graphic design software.
Preferred Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics
Experience in Meta business account (Facebook and Instagram) for clients, including
setting up and optimizing campaigns.
Preferred Knowledge in managing LinkedIn paid advertising campaigns.
Good knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print.
Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
Creative analytical skills
Excellent eye for details related to colours, patterns, palates, themes
Hands on experience in content management
