Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and Design: Create innovative design concepts for marketing collateral, brochures, advertisements, and digital assets.
Collaborate: Work with marketing and sales teams to align designs with our brand identity and objectives.
Create Visual Masterpieces: Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW to develop appealing graphics and layouts.
Enhance with Video: (Preferred) Use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video content.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Incorporate cutting-edge design techniques to elevate visual appeal.
Maintain Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
Requirements:
Experience: 4+ years in creative designing, preferably in real estate.
Technical Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW. Video editing skills are a plus.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design and layout.
