Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Creative & Marketing Materials:
Mock up boards for dealers for all new collections and create collection stickers for boards, sending them out to print.
Collaborate with showroom managers to plan new collection displays and create mockups of showroom displays in Photoshop.
Create marketing materials (posters, PowerPoint presentations, postcards, etc.) for sales reps.
Design showroom decal files and QR codes for new collections.
Event Marketing & Promotion:
Design and produce promotional materials for industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Attend industry events to capture content, engage with the community and support brand awareness efforts
Coordinate event related marketing efforts, including pre-event promotion, live social media coverage, and post-event follow ups.
Social Media & Community Engagement:
Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
Plan and schedule posts, collaborate with followers, repost relevant content, and run ads as necessary.
Analyze social media performance using in-app analytics tools to optimize engagement and reach.
Website & Content Management:
Update and maintain the Squarespace website, including adding new collections, updating collection pages, and managing SEO.
Work with factories to gather assets and technical documents for new collections.
Create and send out email updates to the mailing list regarding new collections, events, and closures.
Regularly update e-catalogs and idea books.
Ensure that all content is consistent with the company’s branding and messaging.
Administrative & Miscellaneous:
Update company hours on Google for holidays and closures.
Required Skills & Experience:
2+ years of experience in graphic design, social media and digital marketing
Proven experience in managing websites, preferably Squarespace.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Canvas.
Expertise in social media management and strategy (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and SEO management.
Strong creative writing skills and the ability to produce engaging content for different platforms.
Ability to create and manage email marketing campaigns.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
Familiarity with website optimization techniques and A/B testing.
Knowledge of design trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Bonus Skills:
Video editing and motion graphics experience
Copy writing and content creation expertise
Experience within the tile / flooring industry
