• Job Overview
The Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating engaging visual content and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement. This role requires a creative individual with a solid understanding of design principles and a passion for digital marketing.
• Key Responsibilities
• Graphic Design
- Content Creation:
- Develop and maintain brand identity across all digital and print assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling infographics, videos, and presentations.
- Creative Campaigns:
- Conceptualize and execute graphic design projects, including promotional campaigns and event materials.
- Stay updated with design trends to create fresh and unique visual content.
- Production Support:
- Prepare print-ready files for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
- Ensure high-quality output across all design projects, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Digital Marketing
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Plan and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze social media metrics.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and promote brand messaging.
- Content Marketing:
- Work with the content team to produce visually engaging blog graphics, newsletters, and other content.
- Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and organic reach.
- Digital Campaigns and Ads:
- Design ad creatives and monitor campaign performance to optimize for ROI.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Use insights to refine marketing strategies and improve engagement and conversion.
• Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing basics, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
