The ideal candidate will have strong experience in desktop publishing, layout designing, and print-ready artwork creation. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to design visually appealing materials for both digital and print media. Key Responsibilities Create and design layouts for brochures, posters, leaflets, banners, newsletters, advertisements, and other marketing materials. Prepare print-ready files using industry-standard software. Ensure design accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines. Edit and format text and images using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.). Work with printing vendors to ensure high-quality print outputs. Make revisions and corrections based on client or internal feedback. Maintain design archives and documentation. Handle DTP tasks such as formatting manuals, certificates, reports, and forms in multiple languages if needed. Required Skills and Qualifications Graduate or diploma in Graphic Design, DTP, or a related field. 3–5 years of proven experience as a DTP Operator or Graphic Designer. Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design principles. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience in both digital and offset printing processes. Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
