Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Motion Graphic Designer. The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and designing motion graphics and video content, collaborating with the video production team, and working on graphic design projects. Daily tasks include developing motion graphics for various media, ensuring quality control, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
Qualifications
• Motion Design, Motion Graphics skills
• Experience in Video Production and Graphic Design
• Proficiency in using design and video editing software
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphics and motion graphics projects
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills

Roles and Responsibilities
- Understanding project briefs : To ensure that the design meets the client's needs, a graphic designer should be able to analyze and understand the project briefs from clients or tech team.
- Brainstorming and generating ideas : It's important for graphic designers to be able to conceptualise and generate creative ideas for designs that align with the client's goals and vision.
- Creating artistic designs : This includes designing a wide range of collaterals such as graphics, logos, banners, brochures and infographics that are appealing. Designs should effectively communicate the desired message and meet the needs of the client.
- Presenting design options : After creating initial designs, graphic designers should present different options to the client.
- Making revisions : Graphic designers should be able to take feedback and make revisions to designs as necessary. It is essential to work collaboratively with the internal team and the client to ensure that the final design is to their satisfaction.
- Graphic designers should be proficient in using design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Figma, Sketch etc to create visually appealing designs.
- It's essential for graphic designers to stay up-to-date with design trends and new software updates to produce the best possible designs.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Creative thinking, good understanding of brief and team worker
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Figma, SKETCH and Wordpress website design.
- Knowledge of web design and experience with UI/UX design is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.

Salary : ₹9,588.15 - ₹30,000.00 per month
