Job Summary:
Pre-Press Designer is required to prepare and finalize artwork for print production, ensuring accuracy and compliance with printing standards.
Responsibilities:
• Create print-ready files for various packaging formats.
• Evaluate color reproduction and print alignment.
• Collaborate with designers to incorporate special finishes.
• Conduct thorough proofreading and quality checks.
• Optimize designs for different printing techniques.
• Maintain effective communication with printers and vendors.
• Implement a structured file management system.
• Stay updated with the latest printing technologies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in packaging pre-press and print production.
• Proficiency in CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma.
• Technical knowledge of CMYK, Pantone color matching, trapping, bleed, and overprinting.
• Detailed-oriented individual with strong proofreading skills.
• Able to quickly adapt to new software and evolving design trends.
