About the Role We are looking for a Graphic Design Assistant to support the design and execution of visual communication materials across a range of formats from spatial applications to printed media. You will work directly with a Senior Graphic Designer within the Architecture Department, contributing to concept development and ensuring the accurate and refined translation of design ideas into real-world outcomes. This role requires strong visual sensitivity, attention to detail, and a hands-on, collaborative mindset. A clear and confident command of English is essential for day-to-day communication and coordination.

Position A Spatial & Product-Oriented Graphic Design

Focuses on the design and development of signage and wayfinding systems within architectural and interior contexts. Key responsibilities:
• Assist in exploring materials and production techniques suitable for environmental graphics.
• Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and on-site teams during execution phases.
• Support in developing technical drawings and visuals based on creative input.
• Participate in site visits and assist with implementation when required.

Preferred Software:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• CorelDRAW
• Illustrator
• Photoshop

General Requirements
• Background in Graphic Design, Product Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
• Strong aesthetic sense and a keen eye for composition and detail.
• Ability to follow design direction while working independently.
• Good working knowledge of design tools and processes.
• Proficient understanding of English, both spoken and written essential for collaboration

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer based in Bangalore to work with a talented team of creative and technical professionals, supporting the UK&I Project and Programme Services (PPS) Client Development Team for the region s Win Work activities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor s degree in graphic design/visual communication or an equivalent bachelor s degree with relevant work experience in graphic design.
• Minimum 5 -7 years of professional experience.
• Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (Please note that this role requires intermediate to expert knowledge in InDesign).
• Must be able to produce high quality reports, brochures, bid documents and other such documentation within InDesign/PPT.
• Experience in bid/proposal design is a plus.
• A strong eye for technical detail and visual composition.

Responsibilities:
• Production of high-quality graphics for use within bids and formal submissions.
• Design and create collateral for marketing initiatives in collaboration with business development managers.
• To work on several individual projects concurrently and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
• Adherence to AtkinsR alis brand guidelines and advocating for best practices w.r.t to the brand.
• Work as part of an integrated design team and co-ordinate with other disciplines.
• Attention to detail able to self-check and correct work.
