Build, lead, review and approve art developed by the creative team, ensuring deliverables that effectively meet the goals. Should have a flair and passion for design and perfection Good hands-on design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel Draw Lay outing, Design Visualizing / Ideating Good understanding and knowledge on print and typography Ability to meet timelines, very important High quality conceptualization and execution skills Creative ability to think out of the box In‐depth digital design capabilities and aesthetic knowledge Manage distribution of project workload within team Participate in design meetings and provide continual input to optimize design and minimize futile work Lead with effective supervision and lead the design team towards greater creativity Evaluate and motivate designers toward continued growth and leading design solution
