GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Hi! We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join Unildogers’ brand design team. The person
should have a superior visual design skills, a broad range of graphic design experience, and the
ability to lead individual projects with minimal oversight while adhering to brand guidelines.
We're looking for a strong communicator and visual storyteller that thrives in a high-paced,
collaborative environment. This person has the strategic perspective to understand how their
work supports our business objectives and fits into the overall brand experience. In addition,
they can clearly present designs to key stakeholders, incorporate feedback with ease, and
provide clear/constructive feedback to other design team members.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILIES
1. Design projects that enable us to successfully drive brand awareness, generate demand, and
create brand advocates.
2. Design graphics, web mockups, collateral, presentations, and illustrations that express our
unique brand identity based on brand guidelines.
3. Generate ideas that span from a single social media post to implementing a local or global
marketing campaign across multiple touchpoints and languages.
4. Develop and experiment creative content across digital ads, newsletters, social content,
micro-sites, partnership collateral.
3. Manage owned projects and timelines to deliver high-quality designs on time, with minimal
oversight.
4. Work effectively with stakeholders within the organization to drive projects to completion.
REQUIREMENT
1. 4+ years of experience. Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual
communications, product, industrial) or equivalent practical experience.
2. Fanatical attention to detail with excellent visual design skills, layout, typography, and high
graphic standards.
3. A portfolio that demonstrates a strong sense of visual design experience and examples
where you have led the creative process.
4. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, knowledge in motion & video editing is a
requirement and GSuite applications. Sketch and/or Google Drive Tools is a plus.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a high-paced, collaborative
environment.
6. Thrives in ambiguity in a fast-paced, hyper-growth organization.
