Head Of Design
We are looking for a Head of Design to drive design strategy for our entire product suite while leading a team of UX/UI designers, product designers, researchers, and content writers to craft an outstanding customer experience in the expanding and ever-changing market landscape. As a senior leader, you will set the vision for the entire product experience and seek to bring strong customer centricity, ensuring our solutions scale, innovate, and delight.
- You will also be responsible for the quality of the shipped experiences and growing the level of design craft on the team.
- You will partner on an ongoing basis with your peers in Engineering and Product Management to build and execute the team's vision. You will provide a creative vision not just for the design team but the entire organization.
- Lead usability standards, design heuristics, and responsive design techniques.
- Experience in building and shipping applications or product with a deep understanding of platform guidelines and best practices.
- Experience designing for consumer-facing applications is a must.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate your design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional leadership.
- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision (not just 'how it should look' but 'what we should build').
- Proven technical understanding of how to inspire teams to design high-craft products within a product driven company.
- Data-focused design philosophy and the ability to inspire change through user feedback and data insights. Sound attention to detail and craft.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams. A focus not just on the quality of output but also on the health and happiness of team members and the design team as a whole.
- A proactive attitude of seeking out opportunities to fix and improve things wherever you go, even if they are not within your direct remit
Must Have Skills :
- Exceptional communication skills, UX/UI, Prototyping, Tonality, UX Research, UX Content Strategy, Product Design, Mobile App Design, Team Management, Strong UX/UI Design Portfolio and scaled product from 0-1.
Mandatory Industry Background :
- B2C Consumer-Facing Tech Product companies OR Crypto OR Real Money Gaming OR B2C Fintech or Mobile App-based companies.
Candidate should not from service-based companies or projects.
