Job Summary
• We are currently looking for an experienced graphic designer to join our awesome team!
• As a graphic designer, you will be responsible to come up with creative (still & motion) graphics to capture the attention of those who see them and at the same time ensure that the right message is being conveyed through visuals.
• We are expecting you to have the experience and capability to take design right from the concept through to the final product with minimal support from others.
Skills Required
• Sound Hands-on knowledge of design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Premiere Pro, Flash), etc.
• Proficient in developing high-quality, print-ready artworks as per the deadlines set.
• The candidate should have a working knowledge of video editing and sound mixing.
• Should have proper hands-on knowledge of making animated videos in After-Effect.
• Capability to take design right from the concept through to the final product with minimal support from others.
• Should manage workload by prioritizing deadlines to deliver error-free, high-quality work as per the timeline defined.
• Contribute actively to the meetings on new projects, ideas and brainstorming, and sessions.
• Designing sense should be creative not off the shelf, preference will be given to those candidates who have European designing sense.
• Should have a keen eye for detail, carry the right ability to work to deadlines and under pressure – results-driven approach.
Other Requirements
• Work experience in Digital Agency.
• Ability to make 3D renders will be an added advantage.
• Preference will be given to the candidates who have videography/ photography experience.
• We give a lot of value to candidates who have great logo designing aptitude.
• Ability to work under pressure (which may extend beyond normal working hours to get the projects delivered).
• Should be creative, Self-motivated, and lateral thinker.
Qualification
• Diploma/ Graduate- Any Specialization
• Candidate should have great Practical designing knowledge of designing Banners for social media, web & App UI creation, brochure designing, Logo Designing, animated video creation expertise, print advertisement designing, etc.
Experience – 2+ years
