We got hotel.com/makemytripbooking.com etc to book a room in a hotel but the process to book a ballroom is still the same- phone and mail way. Spalba is reimagining events booking experience for enterprises when it comes to finding and booking a venue. We are on a mission to build the world's most unique venue marketplace with technologies like AR/XR and AI.
At Spalba, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual who likes taking ownership to help us become the most trusted brand of Venues in the world. Someone who wants to experiment and live on creative ideas.
Experience required: 3- 8 years relevant work experience in Design
This position requires experience in digital creative – rich media, video editing, social media posts, KVs
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Understand brand sentiment, requirements guidelines and TG
• Reference impactful design ideas that can be adapted
• Crack and Conceptualise creative ideas in line with brand brief
• Execution / Project management of pitch work and case studies to be made
ABOUT YOU:
• 4- 6 years relevant work experience
• A Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising or another relevant field
• Post Graduate Degree (Any Field)
• Proficient in using design software’s (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator)
• Good understanding of photography, lighting, color palettes and positioning
• In-depth knowledge of all digital media marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & YouTube)
• Creative thinking
• Quick conceptualization of ideas
• Ability to add an innovative touch to work at hand
• Up to date on creative trends & team management
Above all, we are looking for someone who is cheerful and has positive energy and we ensure that it would never feel like work to you
MUST HAVE
• 3-5 years proven work experience in graphic designing
• Proficient in using design software’s (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator)
• Quick conceptualization of ideas
• Up to date on creative trends & team management
GOOD TO HAVE
• UI/UX understanding
• Knowledge of Figma for website designing
• Video Editing Skills
