Designation: Graphic Designer
• Conceptualizing, designing, and executing brands, communication, and any visual designs for digital media as well as print media.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• A portfolio of work demonstrating projects in Brand & Identity Design, Layouts & Composition, Packaging Design, Graphic Design, Illustration,or a related field of study. (Academic qualifications are secondary, we judge applications solely on the basis of design portfolios)
• Conceptualisation- being able to think beyond the limitations of your own skillset and the ability to solve any issues effectively.
• A keen aesthetic sensibility, visual/color sense, and the ability to craft visually appealing designs to high levels of detail.
• Working knowledge of design tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, after effect, premier pro, Indesign.
• Graphic design execution abilities to create planned layouts, compositions, illustrations, etc.
• Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise services
• Increase user friendliness in digital products
• Would work on social media designs, animations and storyboarding.
• Maintain brand consistency
• Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
Skill:
• Portfolio of completed design projects
• Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Proficient in design software
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
• Attention to visual details
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
• BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
