Job Description
MapMyHouse is seeking a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations in print and electronic media. The ideal candidate must be familiar with updated design software and be skilled in the design process, from concept to final deliverable. The selected candidate should be capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas and show amazing attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Graphics Designing, Visual Communication, and Video development
• Product Development and Product packaging design
• UIUX designing and UIUX research
• Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
• Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system
• Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations
• Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
Requirements:
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• 1+ year as a graphic/product designer with Design software like Photoshop, Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe In-design, adobe illustrator, Maya
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred skills and qualifications
• Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or a related discipline
• Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
