Relevant Experience: 3-5 years (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe illustrator, Adobe XD, Knowledge of UI/UX, Responsive design)
Bonus Experience: Adobe Aftereffects, Premiere Pro.
Responsibilities
Design Ensure deliverables are aligned to style guides, colour palettes and playbooks
Timelines Estimate timeliness and be accountable for deliveries
Quality Ensure all deliveries adhere to the quality guidelines set for the projects
Delegation Delegate / assign and coordinate with team members.
Skills
Technical skills
• Good knowledge in Adobe photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD and InDesign
• Ability to create and review assets, icons, layouts for Print, web and media
• Create processes to streamline production
• Knowledge about principles of design, Typography, Colour theory and market trends
• Accountable for VSB, concept art, creation of style guides, typography and colour palettes
• Good understanding of grids, wireframes, golden ratio and Gestalts law
• Bonus- knows basics of Adobe AfterEffects and Premiere Pro. Can review animation and provide feedback.
Language and Grammar
• Knowledge of English language skills with good vocabulary
• Reading, comprehension skills applicable across different types of topics and domains
• Ability to write and communicate internally
Communication and Coordination
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Ability to interact with senior team members
Process and Technology
• Attention to detail and compliance with standards and checklists for all deliverables
• Openness to learn new processes and technology as required for new clients
• Ability to work with various cross-functional teams in a seamless manner, while keeping in mind corresponding templates and processes
Education and Certification
• Any (Diploma / Bachelors in visual art / Applied art / Visual communication)
• Any (Graduate / Postgraduate in graphic design
