Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Branding:
Develop creative, on-brand designs for a variety of materials, including print and digital assets for promotional campaigns, social media, signage, menus, event flyers, and internal communications.
Maintain and enhance the visual identity of our venues across all platforms, ensuring consistency and creativity.
Social Media & Digital Content:
Design eye-catching graphics for social media, email newsletters, website banners, and other online channels to engage our audience and drive foot traffic to the venues.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure digital assets are aligned with marketing strategies.
Event Promotion & Marketing Materials:
Create event branding, invitations, posters, and other materials for venue events and promotions, ensuring they are visually compelling and consistent with the venue's brand identity.
Menu & In-House Collateral Design:
Design and update menus, drink lists, promotional posters, and other in-house materials, ensuring they reflect the venue’s unique character and ambiance.
Work with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate updates to all materials.
Photography & Video Support:
Assist with occasional in-house photography and video projects, especially for social media content and promotional materials.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams across all three venues to understand their needs and deliver visual solutions that align with our overall marketing strategy.
Manage design requests from various departments and ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Experience with social media design and creating digital content.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
A portfolio that demonstrates a wide range of design skills, particularly in print and digital media.
Knowledge of photography and video editing is a plus.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects) for creating engaging video content but not essential.
A passion for the hospitality industry and an understanding of the latest design trends in the sector.
Knowledge of web design (HTML, CSS) and motion graphics is a bonus.
