Designation: Creative Graphic Designer

Experience: 1-2 years

Shifts: Non-Rotational (+:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

About the Role:

Mintage is seeking a creative and detail-oriented designer who can seamlessly integrate content and visuals to tell compelling stories. In this role, you will be involved in every stage of the design process—from conceptualization to final execution—ensuring that your work contributes to a cohesive, engaging brand narrative.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Storytelling: Create eye-catching designs that effectively communicate the desired narrative and align with the brand’s identity.

Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing team and writers to develop a unified brand story.

Content Management: Maintain the content calendar and build an internal repository of visual assets.

Design Consistency: Ensure all deliverables adhere to established design themes and maintain a consistent aesthetic across various platforms.

Proactive Execution: Prioritize tasks and demonstrate a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve exceptional results.

Requirements:

A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design expertise, including illustrations and digital graphics.

Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver.

Bonus: Experience with 3Ds Max and Maya is highly regarded.

A strong aesthetic sense and the resilience to manage constructive feedback.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹250,000.00 per year
