As a Graphic Designer at Recose Digital Solutions, you will play a crucial role in our digital marketing initiatives by creating visually compelling assets that resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
1.Designing eye-catching graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, websites, email newsletters, and other promotional materials.
2.Collaborating with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
3.Utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools to create high-quality visual content.
4.Staying updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our marketing collateral.
4.Ensuring all designs are optimized for various digital platforms and devices to enhance user experience.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and other graphic design software.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to conceptualize and execute innovative design ideas.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
