We are looking for a creative graphic designer with 0-2 years of experience in the domain to work with our dynamic & growing marketing team. A designer with a passion for Visual communication & aesthetics. Emphasis will be on designing customized static & video-based graphics, PPT’s, brochures, newsletters, and other marketing collaterals used to bring attention of the audience.
Roles and Responsibility:
• Create compelling and effective designs, both static and dynamic for various social
• media platforms.
• Experience in creating motion graphics content and assets for use across a wide variety of media.
• Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for social media and Marketing.
• Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind every post.
• Responsible for effectively creating storyboard layouts with animated infographic representations, appropriate use of colour, images and typography is must.
• Working on a variety of design requirements, including website banners, marketing collaterals, adverts, videos, etc, which will also require to coordinate with marketing & other different departments within the organization.
• Coordinate with copywriters, social media & brand team to produce the final design.
• Bringing new design ideas & ensuring implementation of same.
• Continuous design feedback from manager & other teams and work on the improvisation.
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with an Ed-Tech or marketing agency.
• Should have knowledge in Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, XD, Figma and After effect.
• Knowing of video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
• Good communication (comprehend, verbal & written), teamwork, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and persuade.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
• Ability to work independently and under deadline pressure on projects simultaneously.
• Analytical, Creativity, Flexibility, attention to detail, time management skills and Communication skills are must
