Eligibility:
• Graphic design skills, including graphics, logo design, branding, image editing, and social media posters.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, and Video Editing
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within the identified timeframe.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented,
• Very strong research skills, time management, and planning skills,
• Desire to learn fast, self-motivated and organized,
Responsibilities:
• Designing a range of materials including marketing collateral, presentations, banners, emails, logos, signage, infographics, branded items, and more.
• Curating and organizing compelling imagery for use on social media platforms, the company intranet, or the public website.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, writers, and videographers, to deliver cohesive visual experiences.
• Taking the lead on designated design projects, both internally and externally, contributing innovative ideas and ensuring project success.
• Supporting design initiatives from concept development through to final production, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail throughout the process.
• Upholding brand standards and ensuring consistency across all visual assets, while effectively communicating guidelines to stakeholders.
• Utilizing video editing skills to enhance visual storytelling, create engaging content, and contribute to multimedia projects.
• Sourcing relevant stock images or photography when necessary, ensuring high quality and relevance to project requirements.
• Maintaining organized file systems, conducting regular backups, and archiving materials to ensure efficient workflow and project continuity.
