Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Jaipur
Department: Marketing & Branding
Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Brand Head
Job Summary:
We are looking for a versatile and creative Graphic Designer to lead the design and visual communication across all digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating impactful designs for marketing, HR, social media, events, and corporate branding, along with working knowledge of website updates via WordPress.
Key Responsibilities:
Design a wide range of creative assets including:
Site work creatives (sales posts, property banners, layout visuals)
Brochures, booklets, flexes, hoardings, and event invitations
Company logos and branding elements
HR-related creatives (festival greetings, internal announcements, hiring posts, etc.)
Handle complete social media design and management for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.
Design and regularly update visual content for the company website.
Work with WordPress to make basic website edits, content uploads, and layout adjustments.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to create timely, attractive, and effective promotional designs.
Ensure all designs align with the brand’s identity, tone, and guidelines.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Stay updated on design trends, social media algorithms, and platform requirements.
Liaise with vendors, printers, and external partners for design production needs.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in graphic designing (real estate or service sector preferred).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Basic knowledge of WordPress and web graphics.
Strong sense of typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
Social media savvy with experience creating platform-specific designs.
Ability to handle feedback and work collaboratively with various departments.
Time management skills and ability to prioritize under tight timelines.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
Portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
Bonus Skills (Preferred):
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW.
Video editing and animation skills.
Photography/videography for onsite shoots and social media reels.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
