Graphic Designer

Requirements:

 Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working as graphic designer

 Must have worked minimum 2 years in a fashion label, fashion

ecommerce company, brand, fashion retail in social media domain

 Must know how to create Instagram creatives using Photoshop, coral, or

any other similar photo-editing software

 Has working knowledge of social media trends such as making Instagram

reels etc.

 Must be good in fashion styling and photography (videography skills is a

plus)

 Must have a keen interest in fashion industry

 BA, BCom, or any other suitable undergraduate degree is required.

 Need to be extremely professional and have the passion to drive growth

of an upcoming fashion brand.

 This is not a remote job – Need to visit office every day.

Job Description:

 Multi-tasking skills - as the role will contain researching, planning as well

as creating creatives for all social media platforms

 Constantly creating different Instagram content, including everyday

reels, stories, highlights and posts

 Actively participating in shoots and styling to collect behind-the-scenes

content

 Coordinating with designing and production team to collect behind-the-

scenes content

 Preparing monthly Social Media Calendar along with content

 Coordinating with Ads team and creating Ad creatives for FB/Google Ads

 Creating website creatives like banner images, email templates etc.

 Shooting and editing reels

 Creating marketing campaigns

 Coming up with new marketing ideas and executing them

 Managing all social media channels – Facebook, Instagram

 Constantly engaging in overall improvement of brand visibility and

enhancing brand value

 Creating other creatives -

o WhatsApp creatives

o Website promotion creatives

o Weekly newsletters of our products for email-marketing

o Creating creatives for Instagram Ads (Coordinating with Ads

manager)

o Creating creatives for our weekly blogs (Coordinating with content

writer)

 Preparing weekly and monthly MIS reports for management

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month + performance bonus
