Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist with a passion for interior design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, experience in managing social media platforms, and the ability to create visually compelling content that enhances our brand presence.
Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Develop and design creative content for various platforms, including social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials.
Collaborate with the marketing and interior design teams to create visuals that align with project requirements and brand guidelines.
Produce high-quality graphics, including layouts, illustrations, and photo edits.
Assist in the creation of presentations, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
Maintain and update the company’s design assets and templates.
Social Media Management:
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
Develop a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns and business goals.
Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools to ensure our strategies are current and effective.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design and social media management, preferably within the interior design industry.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Portfolio showcasing relevant design work and social media campaigns.
