About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Most Importantly, Asking questions
2. Create visually stunning and conceptually strong designs for a wide range of marketing collaterals.
3. Use design software and tools to develop Thoughtful artwork.
4. Incorporate typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy principles to create aesthetically pleasing designs.
5. Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency in design elements across different platforms.
6. Collaborate with team members, including copywriters, photographers, and marketers, to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
7. Staying up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
8. Conduct research and gather inspiration to constantly improve the design process.
+. Take client feedback into consideration and make revisions to designs as needed.
10. Prepare and deliver design files in appropriate formats for different applications and platforms.
11. Ideation and execution, understanding client requirements/brief, designing and delivering creative projects from conceptualization to final execution.
12. Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications
Skills Required for Graphic Designer:
1. Proficient in Adobe design software and other design platforms
2. 1-4 years of experience in graphic design
3. Effective time management skills and ability to work smart
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
5. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in design elements.
6. Strong communication and conceptual thinking.
