Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visual designs that communicate our brand message effectively. The ideal candidate should be proficient in the latest graphic design software and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a range of marketing materials including but not limited to website graphics, social media graphics, digital ads, brochures, posters,blogs and other collateral materials.
• Keep posting in various portals and understand user sentiments.
· Collaborate with internal teams to develop design solutions that align with brand guidelines and communication strategies.
· Manage and maintain brand consistency across all design projects and channels.
· Create and maintain design templates and guidelines for consistency and ease of use.
· Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies to ensure the brand remains relevant and visually impactful.
· Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure that all design projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the quality standards.
Requirements:
· A Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
· A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design.
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), canva.
· Strong creative and conceptual skills with the ability to develop original design solutions.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Knowledge of print and digital production processes, including file preparation and printing techniques.
· A portfolio that showcases a variety of design projects and demonstrates proficiency in graphic design principles and software.
