Responsibilities - Study design briefs and determine requirements - Schedule projects and define budget constraints - Conceptualize visuals based on requirements - Prepare rough drafts and present ideas - Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software - Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic - Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design - Test graphics across various media - Amend designs after feedback - Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Requirements and skills - Proven graphic designing experience - A strong portfolio of graphics and logos: - Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) - A keen eye for aesthetics and details - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines - Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience required Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift - Evening shift - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Laketown, Kolkata - Kolkata, WB: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Education: - Bachelor's (preferred) Experience: - Adobe Photoshop: 3 years (preferred) - Video editing: 3 years (preferred) - Adobe Illustrator: 3 years (preferred) Work Location: One location
