The Job Overview Employment type: Full time Location: Calicut Cureocity is seeking a dedicated graphic designer to join our growing company. You will collaborate with other designers to create effective and eye-catching images and campaigns to increase our user base. As a graphic designer, we hope you can put your passion for design to create beautiful images and compelling content. Your duties will include developing graphics for digital platforms to enhance our accompanying text. Resoponsibilities Below are some of the responsibilities a graphic designer is expected to assume in their position; - Create and design various materials for digital and print - Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product - Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company - Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines - Thinking creatively to produce new ideas, concepts to develop high-level designs - Should be good to work with large teams on different platforms. - Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for social media handles, GIF creation. - Amend designs after feedback - Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends - Translate creative briefs into final artwork - In addition to project work, we need someone who is a great communicator, team player and a skilled design artist all rolled into one. - Work on web graphics and UI design. Graphic Designer Requirements: - Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field. - Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator. - A strong eye for visual composition. - Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. - Creative flair and strong ability to translate requirements into design ideas for various social media properties - Should have basic knowledge of photography and videography - Work on and extend the Cureocity guidelines into all the design work going out to create a strong and comprehensive visual identity for the brand - Excellent communication skills - Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Aftereffects, Other designing tools - Strong sense of typography, color theory, layouting and animation - Logo development, creating a design system for the brand, Iconography, image manipulation, mockup creation - Plans concept by studying information and materials Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship, Fresher Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: - Paid sick time Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Poovangal, Bypass, Calicut - 673014, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Education: - Bachelor's (preferred) Experience: - CSS: 1 year (preferred) - total work: 1 year (preferred) - Design: 1 year (preferred) Speak with the employer ++1 +562XXXXXX
