Designation: Graphic Designer (Marketing & Branding)
Job Description
• Testing & resizing Graphics for various media like desktop, Mobile & Tab
• Creating graphics & visuals for Office Branding
• Designing annual collaterals like calendars
• Visualization & designing of Marketing materials like brochures, PDFs, Weekly bytes, Envelope, Letterheads
• Taking care of newly joined candidates’ VC, ID, Email Signature
• Designing client anniversary Gifs for clients
• Sending campaign Emailers of Webinar Emailers
• Webinar collaterals Making – Personalized invitation cards, Virtual BG, speaker photo, Zoom banners, Content Description, Webinar video
• Video Editing of rough footage
• Blog Creation & Maintenance
• Print Production, coordinating with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality
• Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect company specifications
• Changing/updating dynamic information on the website (like employee details, company address information, Home page Banners, Job Posting) using admin consoles
• Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Key Performance Indicators
• Bridging the gap between management's idea and design output
• Maintain consistency behind all internal & external branding/marketing communications on every platform
• Curate content in different representations based on the platform's consumption
• Personalization of creatives based on user profiles (Clients & Org. members)
Qualification Required
• B Com
• 1-2 yrs experience
• Annual Package
• Rs. 3 lakhs to Rs. 3.6 lakhs
Preferred Location
• Borivali to Andheri
Desired profile of the candidate :
• Ability to work alone and with the team
• Good in Graphic Designing
• Good in ideation and communication.
Probation - 3 months
