We are looking for a creative, organized, and collaborative Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves design but also enjoys collaborating with internal partners, managing multiple projects, and bringing campaigns to life across digital and print channels.
The Opportunity
As our Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator, you will be the creative point of contact for our dealerships and internal teams. You’ll design compelling visual assets while also coordinating and executing email campaigns and supporting day-to-day marketing initiatives across our business.
You’ll work on a wide range of projects — from email campaigns and social media graphics to web banners, posters, and in-store assets — ensuring all materials are on-brand, high-quality, and delivered on time.
What You’ll Do
Partner with our dealerships and internal teams to understand their marketing needs, objectives, and timelines
Design visually engaging creative for digital and print platforms, including:
Email campaigns (concept through deployment with light copy creation)
Social media assets
Web banners and digital ads
Posters, flyers, and in-store materials
Coordinate and manage email marketing campaigns, including layout, content assembly, and basic HTML/CSS edits
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, providing updates and incorporating feedback efficiently
Ensure all creative assets align with Crown Auto Group and OEM brand standards and quality expectations
Support marketing initiatives and campaigns as needed across the organization
Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative role
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; Dreamweaver considered an asset)
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Experience working with CRM or email marketing platforms an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Video creation and editing skills an asset but not required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through
