What You’ll Do
• Design high-converting static ads for Facebook & Instagram (feed, story, reels formats)
• Create scroll-stopping visuals for offers, hooks, and UGC-style creatives
• Build design systems for brands (fonts, colors, layouts, templates)
• Rapidly iterate on creatives based on performance feedback (CTR, CPA, ROAS)
• Collaborate with video editors and creative producers to turn winning concepts into visual systems
What We’re Looking For
• Strong portfolio of Meta / performance ad designs (DTC, SaaS, or lead-gen preferred)
• Understanding of direct-response design principles (hooks, hierarchy, contrast, CTA placement)
• Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
• Comfortable with AI tools (Midjourney, Photoshop AI, Figma, Canva, etc.)
• Clear communicator who can follow briefs and hit deadlines consistently
Bonus If You Have
• Experience working with performance marketing teams or agencies
• Familiarity with A / B testing creative variations
• Basic motion skills (GIFs / simple animations
How This Role Works
