Job Description:
The International Arena Football League is seeking a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer with strong digital and motion graphics experience. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can design compelling visuals for social media, marketing, and league promotions while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
Responsibilities:
Design graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, promotions, and league assets
Create motion graphics and animated content for digital platforms
Support video content with graphic overlays, titles, and visual effects
Collaborate with social media, video, and marketing teams
Maintain consistent branding across all designs
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Stay current with design trends and sports branding
Requirements:
Proven graphic design experience for a brand or organization
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
Strong working knowledge of Canva
Experience creating motion graphics and animations
Familiarity with CapCut for short-form and social media content
Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling
Ability to work full time, on-site in Las Vegas
Preferred (Nice to Have):
Sports or entertainment industry experience
Experience designing for social media-first content
Basic video editing or animation skills
Understanding of social media performance and engagement
