Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Future Varsity Education Group. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and on-brand designs for a variety of purposes, including social media posts/stories, brochures, hoarding ads, leaflets, and website banners. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging and visually appealing designs for social media posts and stories across various platforms, including Brand collaterals, Websites, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Develop eye-catching brochures that effectively communicate the unique value propositions of our institutions and programs.
Design impactful hoarding ads to promote events, courses, and other initiatives.
Produce visually appealing leaflets that effectively convey information about our institutions and offerings to target audiences.
Design website banners that enhance the user experience and drive engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and ideas for design projects.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing materials.
Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our designs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices is a plus.
